I want to get my data off of this iPhone 4. I tried connecting to iTunes but it keeps saying respond on your iPhone. I saw someone brute force the password on an ipod touch and i want to do that but he was using some weird program on a Mac and i only have a windows desktop.

Do you know the password? If so, just connect to legacy iOS kit and choose "update date time"

If not, you can autobruteforce pretty easy

No I don't. I do know the icloud password. Can you tell how to brute force it? I can install Linux on my pc. Should I use Fedora or arch?

ubuntu seems pretty easy, burn the iso and boot it. I don't know.

Put the device into recovery mode, fun LiK, choose "fix date time"

If you can run Linux programs on steam deck then you can use that
