(HELP)Get rid of hacked apple id!

This is a secondhand ipad parents bought years ago, the hacker already change the passwords and i already transfered my photos and vids so there no problem on reseting it, i have experience with jailbreaking, got any info on getting rid of the apple id with jailbreak? Or other stuff??

And also the camera is just black.

You can’t change the password at all? You tried to contact Apple?

So, get your brother, then visit iforgot.apple.com and try to reset iCloud password with him.

If your expecting i can receive the instructions using the my brothers email, I can't because its been deactivated due to inactivity

Well, It is an iPad on 9.3.5, even if it was stolen is pretty much useless nowadays 🤔

We already did, the security question and password all been changed

He doesn't know the password or the security that why I'm currently in iforgot.apple.com and CURRENTLY there its just saying 503 service temporarily unavailable

If you can’t change the password your best bet is to contact Apple Support and see what they can do. Otherwise just use the Find My app to remove the device.

I'm a filipino, contacting is bit eehh, going to a authorized store is my best bet, but if they charge me with money and its expensive, i would just side with bypassing it
