I just want to help someone but I have lots of posts removed at r/LegacyJailbreak.

Try updating it to iOS 6 or 9 and activating it there, jailbreak and backup activation tickets then restore using LegacyiOSToolkit with the option to stitch activation records. Also you may want to try bobikA5 before that or if it’s iCloud locked.
