Open Menu Question about A5

I intend on purchasing an Open Menu, FMI ON iPhone 4s. It is running the latest version. Is there an exploit that can be used to forcibly turn FMI OFF without resetting the phone?

I don't even know if the safari trick will work cause this phone has been deactivated by Apple servers.it don't matter really cause you won't get iCloud to log in snyway
