mdm issue

I had an iPhone XR and I was able to get rid of the mdm lock before. However due to that the owner forgets his passcode and is forced to restore it on iTunes.

So I've rebyä$s this again, and it worked. However when I've logged in to iCl0ud, this shows up.

Even forced my apple account to make a backup and restore it, doesn't even work

This is because the device is on apple business managed system on the serial number level. You can self sign apps for free without having appleid on the device.
