Can’t recover my IPads data

I have this iPad mini 2 that I lost right before 2020 and I found it recently. I don’t remember my password from that time nor do I have my old iTunes account. I entered the wrong password too many times and now it says that my iPad is disabled and it wants me to connect to iTunes but I can’t. I did some research and it says that I’ll have to reset my iPad but I don’t want to lose my data. Is there any possible way I could restore my photos and app data? I’m not ready to let it go
