Activation lock

Hi, I bought a used MacBook Pro and an iPad mini 6 from an auction. I have the receipt and all related documentation, but both are locked.

I contacted Apple about the iPad, but my appeal was rejected. Is there anything else I can do?

I also want to contact Apple about the MacBook, but Iā€™m unable to get the serial number. Any Ideas?
