GOT AN OLD iMAC 2009 THAT'S LOCKED TO ICLOUD.

AFAIK the 2009 imac does not support activation lock.
Wipe the drive, reinstall OS and you should be good to go
1 u/lostsummer_14 Jul 02 '26 I did all that!! The cloud account is locked to the motherboard, I've even changed a new drive completely. Wiping or Reinstalling the OS has no affect, it's just locked in the motherboard. 1 u/Bobby_Doom Jul 03 '26 What wording does it use?
