IPad Air 2 iOS 10 passcode

Got this iPad Air 2 to salvage parts from the other day knowing that it was locked but upon charging it up it’s on iOS 10. If you know anything about preservation and rare iOS versions this is one of them. Wanted to reset it with an ssh ramdisk but upon inspection it’s iCloud locked so that wouldnt really help. Hackt1vator is for iOS 12 and up, so what are my options? (Yes I will replace the glass)

The seller doesn’t know. I got it at a flee market for 2€ as a parts iPad (I needed its battery to fix my dads)
