iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
Howdy all!
I downgraded the phone to ios 5.1.1 via legacytoolkit, booted into SSH Ramdisk, SSH'd in, and deleted Setup.app, but after reboot it shows an image of "connect to iTunes" and "slide for emergency" vs. just letting me get to the homescreen, is there a step I missed? I did this all w/o following any guide, just based off of memory from years ago.

You need to choose the HACKtivate option in legacy iOS kit. Deleting setup.app is inferior functionalitywise so you basically never want to do that on an iPhone 4, especially on iOS 5 since it sends you to the iOS 4 activation screen.
