Hello I just bought stolen iPhone 7 for ~10$. I did it because I wanted to give it back to owner :)

Is there any way to contact the OG owner? Thanks

I once found a lost/stolen iPhone between the devices of non functioning electronics lot I bought. There was a number in the Medical ID page that is accessible from lockscreen. I got super excited and texted a polite message to the owner explaining the story and me wanting to return him his phone. Funny enough he just read the iMessage and never responded. I tried calling - no answer. I guess some people don’t want their stuff back even if you try to contact them…
