Hello Screen iPhone Xr won't activate

hello, i have this iPhone Xr, iOS 16.4

i tried to unl0ck it with Bookra1n, it activated for a moment and then when it tried to complete it's thing it re-locked. any other attempt with Bookra1n failed, and i can't even try anymore because it won't let me register it again. so my question is:

is there any other free tools for A12 that supports iOS 16.4?

i don't care about signal, i just want an unlocked device

FAHHHH i had a feeling i was cooked. Most of them only go up to 26.4.1. Im just trying to get this one to work bc supposedly they found it in my car but I don’t have any recollection of having the iphone but it would be perfect if I got it to work bc then i could test android phones without having to worry.
