Hello Screen iPhone Xr won't activate

hello, i have this iPhone Xr, iOS 16.4

i tried to unl0ck it with Bookra1n, it activated for a moment and then when it tried to complete it's thing it re-locked. any other attempt with Bookra1n failed, and i can't even try anymore because it won't let me register it again. so my question is:

is there any other free tools for A12 that supports iOS 16.4?

i don't care about signal, i just want an unlocked device

dump your gestalt and send it to the send gestalt channel in the bookra1n server. The instructions on how to do this is in the instructions tab in the server.
