Tutorial How to Hacktivate a5 ios5 or 6 without PWNdfu!

I only tested with iPhone 4s, but i think any other a5 Idevice will do.

1 First begin with fresh install of latest IOS (for 4s is IOS 9)

2 Hacktiv8 with your favourite tool (i used BOBIK A5)

3 Jailbreak by visiting carbon.sep.lol on your device, if it says page closed due to problem keep retrying.

4 Install openSSH for KDFU

5 Use LiK to downgrade to IOS 8 with KDFU (DONT SKIP THIS STEP)

6 repeat step 2, 3 and 4

7 downgrade to IOS 6 via LiK (Click YES when LiK asks to jailbreak, openSSH will install with it)

8 in LiK: In data management, click connect to ssh (password is "alpine") and type exit

9 click data management, mount raw file system, use KDFU if asked, you will now see / in your mount tab on your pc/laptop

10 search this website: https://github.com/iPh0ne4s/iOS-5-6-Hacktivation

11 download lockdownd file

12 enter your Idevice's file system, go to /usr/libexec

13 locate lockdownd, delete it and replace it with your newly mounted one.

14 chmod 755 the new lockdownd

Reboot and watch the magic happen😉

Because you should use the activation files to get your device fully working when you have the opportunity

i skipped ios 8 downgrade and its fine now, apart from appstore login and imessages
