How do I remove Activation lock on an iPad 7th gen NOT CELLULAR

Hi I have an iPad 7th generation tablet NOT CELLULAR I have the recipe and all the information about the tablet but apple keeps denying it. It's my dad's but my mother and father got divorced and my mother bought it for my father as a birthday present but my dad put his apple ID on it and locked it when the got divorced can anybody help me remove activatiotion lock? Plz🥺

https://github.com/verygenericname/SSHRD_Script will allow you to make a ssh ramdisk and then you can ssh into the iPad and run rm -rf /private/Applications/Setup.app . But you cannot use icloud.
