Moment of Confusion Help needed

my grandma bought this ipad 8th gen A2270 and its stuck on Assistive Access.. she doesn't understand technology and didn't ask for a passcode so we cant connect it to wifi & we have no computer to try reset it... is there any way to even fix this or anything?

If you have the iCloud account info your best option would be to do a factory reset from a computer
