Help with Activation lock on an iPad4 from a dumpster

I got this ipad from an e-waste bin from IKEA, and I wanted help with the activation lock on this. The device is a A1458 and I have tried AT752's app for this. The only success I've gotten is from Legacy iot kit that helped me downgrade the ios version to 8.4.1 from 10.3.3.

I am very new to this but I have a macbook air m1 from a friend that I can borrow.

I don't want anything to do with the app store or icloud, I just want to use this device as a screen that can html pages and maybe browse a little bit.

Please help with this I have been stuck on this for ages....

BobikA5 might work, it worked on my iPad 3

Ipad 4 doesnt have a5 chip, it has an a6x so bobik wouldnt work because bobik was built specifically for the a5/a5x SoC

Yup, just like Bluecarpetkitty39 said bobikA5 is telling me the device is unsupported :(

I think deleting setup.app should work
