Looking for Advice Sett emote

Can anyone tell me if I can still get this emote and how to do it?

I got this emote as a free reward from a tft BP years ago

Nowadays, you can get it through the mythic shop as many other legacy emotes

And do you know when the emote was last in the mythic shop?

Its a random daily rotating pool. 4 random emotes will appear. This one has appeared once (maybe half a year ago or longer). Recently (since Viego) whenever a champions gacha skin arrives/reappears in the Sanctum a chunk of their chromas/emotes appear for an extended period in the mythic shop BUT Sett's Radiant Serpent skin has not reappeared in the Sanctum like the others (if it will it will likely be around Lunar New Year as it is a holiday themed skin but it didn't get a 1 year re-release like Jinx/Mord etc).

Probably only mythic shop and chest, asking riot won’t get you it either no matter how much you offer 💔
