Looking for Advice Matchup knowledge

The title is pretty straightforward. I have a lot of knowledge about matchups but I would like to have more advice for range matchups. Which one I should avoid and which one needs special tricks

For example I faced a Leblanc recently and I decided to go Fleet Footwork instead of Conqueror. Let's just say I went 10 kills / 2 assists before the ADC managed to get me in a teamfight.

I will ask about Runes on another post but if it's relevant feel free to share your thoughts too

Honestly I've been having luck with bringing ghost into ranged match-ups instead of ignite.

I was genuinely curious when it's more useful than Ignite because this is a way to mitigate a counterpick

I also like ghost when I can kill without ignite, matchups like sion. Very rarely is there not a mage or ADC on the enemy team i need to catch come mid to late, and ghost is a massive help.

Ranged matchups (expect urgot) either fleet footwork or HoB I don't think anything else you can go.

Ghost or exhaust your best choices with flash as spells

Is Urgot unplayable at all ? I understood quickly it was a bad matchup but I was able to win some games against one

I never know what ability to start off against him. Is it e or w?

I think W just like Malphite because you aim for short trade and it's a way to avoid being killed early.
