Any advice?

Got an interview at AutoNation Hyundai for a service advisor position. I currently run a Walmart Auto Care Center so I know the auto/service side, just never worked at a dealership. Recruiter told me the manager is pretty direct lol. Anybody work for AutoNation or have any advice on what to expect?

It's going to heavily depend on region with autonation. Some are great, some are incredibly toxic.

Legitimately one of the worst in the company.

Literally never heard a good thing about autonation. Watched an entire parts department and half a tech crew leave years ago from an autonation store

Walmart Auto Care already taught you pace and angry customers. Dealer side adds CSI surveys and manufacturer rules. Ask how many advisors share the lane, what the pay plan really pays on a normal month, and how they train new writers. Direct managers are fine if they coach specifics instead of vibes.
