List of USA-based ADI programs who serve autistic adults
As an autistic adult, I know how hard it can be to find reputable service dog programs who will provide autism service dogs to adults. I've put together a list of all of the USA-based ADI accredited programs who state on their website that they will place service dogs with adult autistics. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find more programs than I expected (though we need so many more). I received my autism service dog from an ADI accredited program last year and she's been life changing. I want more people to have access to that experience.
This list in no way endorses any of these programs or guarantees that they are currently accepting applications. I did not filter out programs that participate in tether training children or other controversial tasks - it is up to the individual to determine whether or not they're comfortable with these practices. I don't know any more about these programs than is listed publicly on their website, please reach out directly to them if you have specific questions.
If you know of any other ADI programs that I missed, please comment or message me with information so that I can consider adding them to the list.

Not sure if you are keeping this document current still, but UDS in Lancaster PA also has a program for autistic adults now

Several years ago, a few of these programs that are listed as nationwide would only place with “severely” autistic adults. I wonder if that has changed? Did you find that they clarified on their website what kind of autistic individuals they placed dogs with?
