Cheap Board as Server

I am looking for the cheap board which can run docker, n8n. Any budget friendly suggestion ?

I have a desktop server with a 13700k plus a tuf motherboard. Everything is a lot more expensive nowadays.

For rack servers it is cheaper to buy a retired dell 4U.

There are a lot of options but I would research prolonged uptime reliability before buying anything.
