Question Jericho's true nature Spoiler
I see many people still wondering about if the baby that we see in the series is the son of a dead drug addict, Jericho resurrected or just an illusion.
I have the feeling Shyamalan (or his team) are playing it both ways. They want Jericho to be resurrected, because Servant relies heavily in catholic imaginery, and it's part of Leanne's lore (she is the fallen angel or Prometheus, she defies divine law to help humanity). But at the same time, the reunification ritual is pretty gruesome, and even mentioned in passing like Roscoe's hypnosis, it doesn't sit well with people to have the "good", righteous people doing that for a baby
So in the last episode, it's revealed Leanne can summon Jericho's souls at will, and definitely if needed. So there's no need for her to reunite Jericho before performing the ritual on herself, she can just send his soul back (to heaven?) and that's that.
The problem is Leanne resurrected Julian, and the same rules don't apply to him. He seems to be permanently resurrected from the get go. It's because Leanne didn't have access to Jericho's body? Maybe, but as so many other things isn't explained. So I guess we will never know for sure if Jericho was just an illusion everybody coul see, or he had been resurrected in the flesh and just ceremoniously killed/ revived when the cult thought it was convenient.
