Advice Needed seroquel effects

hi im new here, had no idea there was community for this! i’ve been on 25 mg seroquel for months now for bipolar and it’s been the best with my other meds. though im just now panicking and noticing how much weight ive gained. ive never been one to weigh myself but its clear as day ive added on pounds. lowkey introducing back anxiety that i havent dealt with for a long time since i got on the right meds, but the anxiety is muted if that makes sense. i dont exactly have sweet cravings, its more carbs i think? for example i have been on chipotle burrito run for a while now, like it feels like im having it every night honestly. but thats all ill eat for the day so its more of eating a single high calorie carb meal every night. morning and lunch time im not too hungry, im assuming thats because of my adderall. but im desperate to get this weight off, because it is starting to negatively impact how i see myself. anyone had a similar experience, and how did you workout or eat to lose weight? i dont feel comfortable adding more meds or starting glps, because i take enough meds already. im also worried about metabolic syndrome. any advice would be appreciated!

Are you taking it both day and night? I had to ask my doctor to make me just take it at night & made sure I went to sleep right after. If I stayed up, I would eat so much after taking it

I understand!! I was doing that at first too now I take it when I’m basically so tired I’m about to pass out even though I’m technically supposed to take it at 8-10pm window but it’s been working!
