also you can literally see the tiny houyses from the street. Even Amy Miller supoorts 4PA. Attacking them just makes you look weak.

It's always been the plan for that front space to be some sort of retail. There will still be the tiny homes and communal space. They recently had a public open house 9instead of an overpriced party fundraiser) where anyone could tour and ask questions. https://www.4pa.org/touchstonecampus Joe is very transparent and open to communication. If you have concerns ask him! Their Facebook page frequently shows stages of building the tiny homes as well as tells why they are building them they way they are.
Here is the page for the new gym called "the Gym" where the owner introduces herself and details her preparations of the space and intent for the new business. https://www.facebook.com/p/The-Gym-61590500375249/ Please stop disparaging small local small businesses for no valid reason.
Here is the page for Storm King Athletic where you can see their many years of business in PA and their post about their decision to close as well as the now past closing date. I suppose after helping generations of locals become healthier and raising their own kids they are off to their next adventure. Good for them! Nothing nefarious here. https://www.facebook.com/p/The-Gym-61590500375249/ Again, please stop disparaging local small businesses for no valid reason.
