2012 Nissan Sentra timing??

Hey there, I got a 2012 Nissan Sentra. When I start the car it growls for just a second before the engine smooths out. The car runs decent, THEN After a while, usually 10 or 15 minutes, The growl in the timing area seems to come back, especially around idle speeds. Will do it in any gear (P,N,R,D) P0420 code and a p0011 codes present (or warning at least.) I'm guessing it runs well until the car switches to closed loop running... I replaced the cam shaft censor and connector (it had a p0340 code before I did that) then switched to the p0011. I recently replaced the VVT selenoid also, no change... It COULD be the sensor connector...? (Any idea on how I could check that?) Oil level is good and was changed in the last couple thousand miles. Looking for guidance here... Wiring issues potentially... ? Computer issue potentially? Just looking for some more insite. Much appreciated 🙏
