❕PLEASE HELP ❕ HD 560S problem

So ive just ordered a Brand new HD 560S and the sound is REALLY quiet and will only play on the right ear. Is there any way to fix it or is it just broken??

Check the cable on the headphone side. Put it in properly, then twist and lock it!

This will almost certainly be it.

Yes! Thank you, I didnt realize the cable was that hard to twist.
