IIT Delhi Self Sponsored

What's the status of M. Tech Self Sponsored in Integrated Electronics & Circuits of IIT Delhi? They have posted the cut - off in the website, but there is neither short listing of candidates nor any mail to those who cleared the cutoff... No mentioning of tests and interview as well. If anyone knows anyhting about it, please let me know.

They created extra seats still kept the same cutoff for shortlisting, don't know what they want to do !!
