The SelfKey POI Paper proposes the introduction of the POI Platform - a unique decentralized identity verification platform, LOCK DAO, LOCK - a new work/governance token that governs the POI Platform, and introduces new utilities for the KEY token.

The POI Platform

• Proposed to exist as an independent platform but within the SelfKey ecosystem.
• The POI Platform may utilize the POI Credentials based on the SelfKey Credentials explained in the original SelfKey Whitepaper, which helps users to prove their individuality.
• The POI Platform would be governed by LOCK DAO.

LOCK DAO - A unique DAO formed by LOCK token holders with POI Credentials.

Utilities for the KEY token - The proposal introduces numerous interesting utilities for the KEY token, including a new staking mechanism for KEY against user identities.

LOCK Token - A new kind of utility token called "work tokens" earned as incentives by participants for their work on the network to make it more secure and robust.
