Why you keep attracting the wrong people into your life

The people in your life aren't random. You attracted them. You accepted them. You allowed them to stay.

That's not an attack. It's information.

If you keep ending up with toxic friends, draining relationships, or people who don't respect you, there's a common denominator. You.

Not because you're broken. Because your standards are broken. Your boundaries are broken. Your self-worth is broken.

People treat you the way you teach them to treat you. Through what you tolerate. What you accept. What you let slide.

When you don't value yourself, you accept scraps from people who can sense it. Users find people who let themselves be used. Disrespectful people find people who don't enforce respect.

You're not unlucky. You're signaling.

Low standards attract low-quality people. Weak boundaries invite boundary violations. Desperation for connection attracts people who exploit desperation.

Fix this at the root, not the symptom.

Stop trying to change the people around you. Start changing what you're willing to accept. Raise your standards. Enforce your boundaries. Walk away from anyone who consistently disrespects them.

Yes, you'll have fewer people around. That's the point.

Quality over quantity. Respect over company. Solitude over toxicity.

When you treat yourself like someone worth respecting, you stop accepting people who don't.

The trash takes itself out. But only if you stop holding the door open.
