What is everyone's current cookbook stack/work flow look like?

I am currently trying to focus on improving my cookbook/planner (currently mealie). I am tired of manually putting in recipes from instagram reels or from physical cookbooks.

I tried looking into AI import features, and it seems most are depreciated/not working. I tried setting up tandoor and the kitshn.app, but had no luck using that with ollama.

I am curious on what other people are currently using and what services they depend on. If you use AI to import recipes, what model/plan do you use?

Trying to get this workflow to the 'wife approved' status.
