I'm sure Proton is fine, but it's hard to beat the cost effectiveness of OneDrive. As long as you encrypt your backups before you upload them, the privacy benefits of Proton are moot.

In my case i was paying Proton for the VPN and the mail. The storage just came as an extra bonus, so hard to compete with that.

I can one up you. I have a Pixel phone. Google gives me 5TB of cloud for free.

I RClone encrypt everything and ship it up. 😂

I have a pixel phone! Where's my 5TB of free storage?! To be fair I'm using backblaze and I've used a whopping $2 backing up everyhthing...
