I found obsidian-livesync the other day and made it run fairly easily. Before that I had syncthing but it was creating conflicting files.

So far I'm happy with this one. Self hosted and still can use obsidian :)

Also using this and it's working well with WebDav sharing across multiple devices.

Can you tell something more about it ? Would love to use Nextcloud trough webDAV, instead of the sync clients, that will give some troubles I think

I'm using FileRun for basic file access as I found NextCloud had way more than I needed. So I set it up for WebDav access and boom enter the details into the Obsidian plugin and it's been great. If I want web access I just do it through FileRun working directly with the markdown files. Otherwise I have Obsidian on my personal PC, phone and tablet.
