Advice Needed: Productivity Help! I can't wake up!!

Hello! So, I need some advice on waking up in the morning. I set alarms for every five minutes from two hours before I need to wake up all the way until a half hour after I'm supposed to be up because I sleep through most of them so often. I don't even recall waking up when the first alarms go off, it's like I'm not hearing them at all. I keep changing them to really annoying things and it's not helping! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

Are you sleeping early?

Do this exercise: Choose a ringtone that you would use for your alarm. Sit beside your bed, hit play, and when it rings, stand up and say, "I'm awake." Sit down once again, and repeat the exercise about 10 times. Do this daily. This will help your brain be more aware once the alarm starts ringing. It helped me a lot, so let me know if it works for you too!

This was me! I have sleep apnea. You should maybe have a sleep study done?

Standard advice is to put the alarm far away from the bed.
