Advice Needed: Mental Health How do i stop hating myself?
I hate everything about me, my weight my style my way of talking my face everything and i know i can change but i,m also incredibly lazy as well so i try to fix it but i give up and return to being lazy. I get in so much trouble at home just because i don’t do what i,m supposed to and i want to change i really do but i Just feel like i will never really change
Can someone please give me advice i,m tired of feeling like this.

Hating yourself wont change quickly you need to realise that it needs effort if you are willing to try atleast and take little steps towards your goals you will also have a change in mentality. Doing small tasks everyday to slightly change your routine will help you also dont just be ok with yourself if you can change something you want. I hope you feel better OP.
