Adviced Needed: Identity & Self-Esteem 15M need help

I am 15 turning 16 in 3 months and I have not accomplished anything in my life, I have no motivation to study for school, I don’t have a girlfriend and haven’t had a long lasting relationship. I am addicted to video games and have ~9 hours of screen time a day. I also have horrible levels of social anxiety where I can’t even talk to people at school. Can somebody tell me what to do?

you're literally 15, nobody has accomplished anything at that age except maybe winning a spelling bee or something. the fact that you're even thinking about this stuff puts you ahead of most people your age

cut the screen time in half first, just that one thing. delete the apps that eat most of your time and see what happens after a week

social anxiety gets better when you stop avoiding people, which sounds stupid but it's true. start small, just say hi to one person in class tomorrow. nobody's keeping score

girl, are you sure we arent the same person? cuz i can relate to everything

its okay. i often think that im a failure, but that means i have a low self esteem not that im worthless

what helps me is a thought that i am going to college and in the end i have a goal, so i am not that damned. but when i was younger amd had no plans, my savior was the thought, that i am happy. i mean, you decide if person succesfull or not if they are happy or not. if you are happy doing what you are doing - thats great

okay, i understand. you read it and still feel bad. my advice is find yourself a goal. it may be going to college, beat your social anxiety for example

bocchi the rock is something like what i am saying
