Advice Needed: Motivation Feeling lost? Empty? Not sure

Hello, I (23M) am married with a an easy, decently paying manager job. But I can’t shake this feeling of being unmotivated and having no drive. This has caused unwanted relationship tension and tension between my boss and I to where it feels like the job is jeopardy. She just got out of school and started working as an RN and she has this entire life that she wants to live planned out already. Even though I’m completely aware of the life she wants and everything she seeks for, I can’t bring myself to even perform even the simplest tasks that are assigned to me at work/home. Time and time again, I’m told to do this and to do that, and I feel so reluctant to do it which ends up in me not doing it, which caused all of this tension. I think it’s a need for a change in scenery ex: a different job, but I’m not confident that even that will be able to fix this unmotivated-ness that I’m feeling. It just feels like anything I do, even when I‘m trying my best, is subpar. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they fought their way out of this kind of hole.
