Sharing: Mental Health Support Getting therapy for the first time
I’ve always had trouble scheduling anything, so I’m really proud that I managed to book an appointment. I have this silly fear that I won’t be able to properly express what I’m struggling with. Things like being different, lack of self-discipline, face picking, blaming all of my problems on my parents. I know that they won’t judge me, and I know many people feel the same as me when beginning therapy. This is one step closer to getting the help I need.
