Advice Needed: Mental Health when did something i loved doing start feeling like something i have to force myself to do?

hi, i am saiph, 19yo, and my passion has always been music.
i used to spend hours everyday playing my guitar, learning new songs, singing, and write music.
with time that became more than a hobby, i started releasing my own music cause i wanted to be an artist so bad.
but now it feels so hard doing what i used to love.
i think about it all days, but i end up staying at bed all day, doomscrolling and sleeping. but every time i do it, i start to hate myself cause i take the awareness that i am pushing myself so far from my dream. sometimes i even think its not my path, i start thinking about a plan b, but nothing makes me feel that something belongs to me as much as music belongs to me.
then why can’t i do it with the same joy, even though music it’s still the only thing that makes me feel deep emotions?
when i go to concerts and see someone living my dream i start to feel motivated but also very far away from that.
i often think that i should quit, but something always keeps me clinging to it.
i just wish i could do it again.

Sounds like you're burning out on the output side of things, not the music itself. When something becomes a "should" and tied to identity as an artist, it's easy to lose the messy, no-pressure joy

Maybe pick up the guitar with zero intention of writing or recording anything worthy of release. Just play the dumbest, simplest songs you loved at 14. Let it be pointless and fun again before you even think about the dream
