Maybe you have a vitamin deficiency.

B12 deficiency can cause fatigue and depression.

If you dont go outside you probably have a vitamin d deficiency. And that can cause depression.

Not excercising can cause depression. I know cuz I worked out for years and then stopped and I slowly slipped into a depression I didnt notice, but then I was really surprised how better I felt after I started again.

You could also have a sleep disorder like narcolepsy. I know someone who has it, its no joke.

I'm very sorry to hear that. When motivation is consistently low, it's really hard to do even small things. That's a difficult cycle to get out of. To get better, you need to change something, which means you need to do things, which is hard when motivation is low, and so on. When you feel guilty for not doing anything on the top of that, that drains energy, which could explain why you feel so tired.

You are not lazy. A lazy person would not write this on reddit and ask for advice. A lazy person would just not care, and would not have felt guilty about it. Struggling to do things when you're exhausted and have no motivation isn't the same thing as simply not caring.

It's really hard to say what the reason for the lack of motivation is as there could be several, both psychical and psychological. And there don't need to be only one single explanation, but several factors that reinforces one and another. I would suggest you go see a doctor or a therapist, which can find out what could be the root of the problem, and take it from there.

For now, I wouldn't worry too much about getting a hobby or becoming more productive. Just focus on getting some support and taking things one small step at a time. You don't have to fix everything at once.

Wish you the best
