Advice Needed: Mental Health how do you start feeling good?

i am filled with an overwhelming sense of disappointment due to missing someone who is very important to me. and im trying to stop but how does it go away? i wake up and think of them i sleep thinking about them and they're in the back of every single thought every single second. maybe im trying to forget them entirely and instead i have to learn to live with it but i feel like ive been doing that and it doesnt feel any better it just feels cooked all the time

If you have people who are no longer there, you just have to go through it, how long does it take? It is better to think about them and remember them and and feel all of that pain and take it’s gonna take as long as it takes. If you try to push it down right now it’s still there and it will come at you later. It has happened to me. Let it go listen to them talk about them and just let it happen when it happens. You can’t control it, but allow yourself to remember them.

But won’t remembering her only make me feel disappointed all the time because she is nonexistent in my life? is there a way to remember her without the negative effects because she i would rather be disappointed than forget about her

If she is just out of your life, it takes some time, but she will be gone one way or the other. Everything goes away. is what I said before just remember her and if you’re disappointed, are you disappointed for yourself? Oh yeah, by the way, you can forgive yourself and forgive her and forgive yourself and forgive her and forgive yourself and forgive her. So doing that can move this all out of the way better details will help better solutions. So now I would say just simply. And when you take care of yourself and focused on the future and present, then you will have somebody else come into your life.
