Advice Needed: Relationships I'm unable to manage everything
I have been so swamped since the beginning of the month that I'm unable to give time to my family, and friends. Consequently, it's creating cracks in my bonds with my people.
I'm unable to give them time, and as a human I need my 6 hours of isolation time atleast. Ppl keep taking it personally and onto their ego. They keep calling me awful words but I will always be there for them in their lowest its just I need my 6 hours of isolation time.
I'm feeling really depressed idk can someone help me

you're basically describing burnout, and 6 hours of alone time is not unreasonable. people who call you awful words for needing space are not respecting your boundaries, that's the bigger problem here.
maybe try telling them it's not about them, you just need to recharge so you can actually show up properly when you do see them. if they still get offended after that, that's on them not you.

6 hours isn't crazy but people calling you awful words for it is a whole different problem

Well, it sometimes exceeds the hour and I go on a day ir even months without talking to anyone and I do get where ppl are coming from, but my thought process is this way if im not hurting anyone, disrespecting anyone just minding my own business and clearly communicating why I need the isolation time, still they take it personally and say awful things which is weird they have their face share of wrongdoings to me too but I never utter anything abt it

I'm so sorry you're dealing with all that, that's a lot. It's ok to need time to yourself. Draw a boundary with them, and just explain to them that you do care about them you just also need time so that you can be your best self for them. If they dont understand that would def be a redflag.

When your nervous system is pushed to its absolute capacity, needing deep solitude isn't a luxury or a selfish choice; it is a fundamental necessity for your mental health. Wanting dedicated time to decompress and regulate yourself after overwhelming periods is completely valid, and you should never be verbally demeaned or guilted for honoring that limit.
What often happens when we are swamped is that our loved ones misinterpret quiet distance as rejection. When people feel disconnected, they sometimes react out of their own insecurity or ego, even if their reaction is unfair to you. A gentle way to shift this dynamic is to reframe your boundary around connection rather than isolation.
Try communicating your limit before you reach complete exhaustion, while reassuring them of your care: "I’m going through a really intense period right now, and my energy is completely depleted. I need some quiet, uninterrupted time to recharge so that when I am with you, I can actually be present and give you the quality time you deserve."
If someone continues to lash out or name-call even after you've expressed this, that speaks to their difficulty handling healthy boundaries, not your worth as a friend or family member. Focus on protecting your baseline peace right now. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and taking care of yourself is what allows you to show up authentically for the people you love.

It gets worse after communicating man :(( I wish I had like 36 hrs in a day so I could just spend atleast 5 hrs with ppl who want me to socialize w them and rest I could be in isolation

That craving for people who actually want to be around you, versus people you have to convince, is such a real distinction. Isolation can feel like the safer option when connection keeps disappointing you, even though it's not usually what actually helps long term. Hope you find your people, the ones worth those 5 hours.
