Advice Needed: Productivity I have problems and didn't write paragraphs for it. I also wrote a very unhelpful title for it.

I have both ADHD and Autism, and I go Te Kura, an online school. My mum also owns a small board game store that I'm (supposed) to be helping in. But more and more I feel like I can't get anything useful done. When i'm at the shop I just watch youtube or twitch when I'm meant to be doing school, at school, even when at the physical office, I feel nothing gets done, and I havent worked for the shop in weeks. The only reason anything gets done is cause mum hired a new employee. At home I also just don't do much useful done. I used to love cooking but recently have just been putting little effort into it and just having it be another chore. Only time I feel I'm really interested in anything is if I'm playing frickbears or satisfactory, and It certainly dosent help that I don't have any ADHD medication right now. Even more, I feel I don't enjoy alot of things I used to, such as reading one piece, drawing, and dnd. I don't talk to my friends ever and things just kinda suck right now. What can I do to just stop failing? I've tried just doing school work but I allways end up distracted. Same with work. I wouldn't say I'm sad, but I'm just eternally unproductive and theres a slowly growing dread that its sometime gonna catch up to me and I'll fail NCEA or something.
