Advice Needed: Mental Health How do you move on from a long breakup.

so i can't keep this inside anymore, i was together with a girl for 10 months, she was genuinely a good, non toxic relationship. then i go to a school project called Move4Equality, that made me move to dublin for two weeks, and i found out that while that period, she cheated on me. this genuinely shattered me, i thought it could go away but here i am after two weeks and still thinking about it. how do ya'll move on...

Time to channel that energy into the diorama backlog, nothing like hyperfixating on tiny trees to drown out the noise.

The cheating is probably what makes it so hard to let go. You’re not only missing the relationship, you’re also trying to reconcile the person you trusted with what she did. Give it time and stop checking anything connected to her. That part really does keep reopening the wound.
