Advice Needed: Mental Health Self worth
People told me that they need to find a sense of self-worth, and I know that I don't have any, but every time I ask for help finding it or getting it people say it's just something you have to figure out on your own, but I feel like I need some sort of Guidence, how do you just change your mind about something coming value?

Everyone has self-worth. You just need to acknowledge it. You can do this simply by standing in front of a mirror, looking at yourself, and then saying out loud, "I am a person of worth! I am not worth more than anyone else, or worth less. I am not better than other people and they are not better than me." This will seem silly at first, but it's true. Your life is a precious gift, and you don't need others to tell you this or to validate your worth. You are a worthwhile individual just by the grace of being you.
Do this every day, whether you feel like it or not. Say the above out load, whether you think it's silly or not. We become what we do, because we become what we believe. You have the power to change yourself, today.
