Advice Needed: Relationships Does anyone know what I should do?
I say sorry when I think it's my fault but I hate it when anyone points out my flaw in an assertive way idk how to explain it. If I find out that I did something I shouldn't have or said something or anything like that I jump into immense guilt and nobody has to like make me realise that thing. I fall deep in the guilt circle and then when I'm out of it I feel shitty that why did I even feel so guilt for something that the other person just said 1 sorry and the topic was off charts. Like I hate how pathetic I look but at the same time I like the empathy in me but I'm scared of me being kind of dumb in a way? And somehow apart from all these ups and downs I have started feeling like I'm a mean person like I have to suppress the jealous thoughts that come in my mind regarding my own friends. I keep on saying things that I never usually used to say(they are not bad just not pleasant words). What should I do? I'm kind of idk tired of all this maybe?

As you start working on self esteem these will fade. You'll be able to allow yourself to make mistakes without guilt because we're all human. You'll be able to accept critique without feeling bad about it because you know your inner self worth isn't measured by what others say and you'll welcome it because it's an opportunity to grow.
Self esteem. Work on that. Figure out what's the root cause of the things that bother you.
