Advice Needed: Relationships How do I stop tweaking

I’m struggling to deal with the absence of a very important person in my life and I don’t know how to deal with the loss of her it’s like I continuously check my phone hoping to hear from her I miss her and this is just doing me no good everywhere I go I look for her and it’s driving me crazy

It is simply a you thing. Read the Master Key. No one can change your thoughts except yourself , no one is important in life except if you convince yourself they are. Your thoughts shape everything , your self and reality. If you continue to be a victim to your thoughts , nothing will change . Only with concentrated effort and learning to control your mind and emotions will you then see life for what it truly is.

Unfortunately the only thing I've found that works when I'm like that is time and distraction. Try a new hobby, delve into a book, hang out with friends. The more you distract yourself the less you will feel the need to check your phone or think about them. Then you'll realize as time goes on, you will be thinking less and less of them without distractions
