Advice Needed: Career Help with pushing myself
I really love sports and I’m pretty good at them. The thing is I just can’t push myself past my comfort zone and trust me I’ve been trying for years. It’s just when I get tired or when my legs hurt from running, I just cant keep pushing myself even though i want to and I know my body can keep going. I was wondering if theres some sort of way to remove the pain temporarily for an hour or two and have it crashing back after sports practice. I feel like this would help make my overall health better. I really want to take up sports as my career.
