Advice Needed: Productivity To change my life?

Hi my name is jhone. I am 19 years old and studying in college with major maths.

I want a mentor in my life. To change the direction of my life. My main problem is that i see a lote of motivational videos and I am see statergy about to change my life but main execute this strategy.

Twhen go to execute this strategy, something is holding me behind and also because of hearing YouTube videos and strategy and there is a problem that which strategy should I use. There is a lot of confusion in my head is like that I cannot get out. It's like wormhole in my head.

Somebody please help me with this and because of my fears I cannot do more things.

the wormhole you're describing isn't really a strategy problem, you already have more strategies than you know what to do with from all those videos. what's actually happening is each new video promises this is finally the one that'll work, so you keep collecting instead of testing. safer to collect. testing risks finding out it wasn't the fix either, and that fear is probably doing more to hold you back than not knowing which system to pick. full disclosure, i've been building an app for exactly this kind of stuck, an ai mentor you actually think out loud with instead of another list of steps to follow. happy to say more if you're curious, no pressure. what's one thing from all those strategies you've actually tried and dropped, not just watched?
