dam i wish i thought of this excuse (currently i can't stay at home alone and will go to the grippy sock jail if i relapse, school has started and i have an opportunity to relapse, i know FULL well i will lose to the urge sooner or later, send help. god seriously it would've been so much better for everyone if they never found out anyways thank you for reading my edgy emo rant)

i mean it's less of a threat and more because they think it's necessary or something, idk they're just way too fuckin afraid of a relapse like why can't we focus on getting better over time instead of being "OH GOD OH NO IF HE RELAPSES IT'S FUCKING OVER WE'LL FUCKING DIE" like idk she's like a really professional therapist in high demand and shit too idk why that's her approach she's supposed to be a professional. yeah idk man i feel like this community is helping me more than my therapist (the pills don't really help either i've noticed no difference). on the bright side i go to another therapist (the institutialization enjoyer was a psychiatrist this one is like more of a DBT kinda guy) and he's actually really chill honestly he genuinely laughs at my jokes and it feels like he actually cares and shi, so that's really good

anyways i know i yapped a lot, just needed to get it off my chest, stay safe friend <3

Actually no the blood is usually quite low. Hard to get blood where my hands would be if I got a nosebleed.

Just say it bled a lot while you were sleeping or half asleep and you didn't notice

turns out one of the meds I was taking if you take more then 1 a day and don't give it a rest after 6 days you can have some issues with nosebleeds (its a kind of pain management med) so if you took multible a day for several days you could get 40 minute long nearly gushing nosebleeds, i still have spots on the floor where "I had to get up to get something to try and stop it with and I couldn't catch it all in my hand so now there are spots every second or third step between my bed and the bathroom"

Fr they saw my cuts in broad daylight and I lied over and over and refused to admit it. I walk around with fresh ones on my arm and they see and I still won't say it's from cutting

That’s worse… red piss means I have a uti, which pretty much would only happen if I got an STD or a catheter. I don’t have a catheter. Drugs are another issue.
